Tuesday night (12/13) at 6:30, local author, Regina Jeffers will be dressed in Regency attaire and will discuss the works of Jane Austen at the Union West Library in Indian Trail, NC. She will discuss why her books continue to be popular and will also discuss Stephanie Meyer’s Twilight series and its ties to the Austen novels.

I was so wanting to go to this, but Brian has a Civil Air Patrol dinner. Have you ever read any of Jeffers’ books? Austen is my favorite (along with Alcott!). 🙂

I really want to go also & am still hoping that maybe one of my girls can go. K has drama practice, though. I have a dinner to attend, so hope to hear from someone who will get to go. Haven’t read any of Jeffers’ books. Have to look them up.
